This Cookie Policy (hereinafter – the "Policy") is an integral part of the Privacy Policy located at cutor.ru/legal/privacy. Terms used with a capital letter are used in the meanings defined by the Terms of Use (cutor.ru/legal/terms).
1. What cookies are
1.1. Cookies (cookie files) are small text files that are saved in the browser of your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit the Platform. Cookies allow the Platform to recognize your browser on repeat visits.
1.2. Cookies do not give the Operator access to other data on your device and do not contain your personal data (name, e-mail address, password).
1.3. The Operator is the individual entrepreneur Gindinson Mikhail Aleksandrovich (Sole Proprietor M. A. Gindinson (ИП Гиндинсон М. А.); OGRNIP 326527500104423, INN 183511073463). The full details of the Operator are set out in the Terms of Use (cutor.ru/legal/terms).
1.4. The legal basis for processing essential and functional cookies is the performance of the contract with the User (Terms of Use, Art. 6(1)(5) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data"). Analytics and marketing cookies are processed on the basis of the User's consent (Art. 6(1)(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ), given through the cookie banner (Section 5).
2. Types of cookies
In accordance with the generally accepted classification, the Operator uses the following categories:
2.1. Essential (technical) cookies – necessary for the operation of the Platform: authentication, protection against CSRF attacks, protection against DDoS attacks, management of consent to the placement of cookies. Without them, logging into your account and using the Platform is impossible. Essential cookies cannot be disabled.
2.2. Functional cookies – save user settings (including the user interface language) and ensure the operation of the referral program. Functional cookies improve usability but are not required for the basic operation of the Platform.
2.3. Analytics cookies – allow the collection of anonymized traffic statistics to improve the Platform. They are set only where the User has given consent. They can be disabled in the cookie banner settings without consequences for access to the Platform.
2.4. Marketing cookies – allow the measurement of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. They are set only where the User has given consent. They can be disabled in the cookie banner settings without consequences for access to the Platform.

3.3. Analytics cookies
To analyze traffic and improve the Platform, the Operator uses the web analytics service Yandex.Metrica, provided by OOO "YANDEX" (INN 7736207543, OGRN 1027700229193; servers located in the Russian Federation). Information collected using Yandex.Metrica cookies is processed in anonymized form and stored on the servers of OOO "Yandex" in accordance with the terms of use of the service (yandex.ru/legal/metrica_termsofuse). The Yandex.Metrica script is loaded only after the User's consent has been obtained.

3.4. Marketing cookies
To measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, the Operator uses the VK Pixel service (Top.Mail.Ru), provided by OOO "VK" (INN 7743001840; servers located in the Russian Federation). The VK Pixel script is loaded only after the User's consent has been obtained.

4. Third-party cookies
4.1. When logging in via VK ID or Yandex ID, the respective services may set their own cookies during the authentication process. These cookies are managed by VK and Yandex respectively, and the use of such cookies is governed by their own privacy policies. The Operator does not have access to such cookies and does not control them.
4.2. The DDoS attack protection service may set technical cookies to verify requests. Such cookies are essential for ensuring the availability of the Platform.
5. Cookie banner and consent management
5.1. On your first visit to the Platform, a cookie banner is displayed with the following buttons:

5.2. The parameters selected by the User are saved and applied on subsequent visits. The User may change the settings at any time by clicking the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the website's home page (cutor.ru).
5.3. Essential cookies (Section 3.1) are necessary for the operation of the Platform and cannot be disabled. Refusing them makes using the Platform impossible.
5.4. The User may also manage cookies through the browser settings:
- delete all or individual cookies;
- block the saving of cookies (fully or for individual sites);
- configure notifications when cookies are set.
Blocking or deleting essential cookies will result in being logged out of your account and may make certain Platform features unavailable.

The specified links are valid as of the date of publication of this Policy and are provided solely for information. In the event of a change in the links, the User independently refers to the reference materials of the relevant browser.
6. Changes to the Policy
The Operator has the right to update this Policy at any time at its discretion. The current version is located at cutor.ru/legal/cookies. In the event of material changes, Users are notified in the manner provided for by the Terms of Use (Section 13).
